the breakfast was fresh and the buffet was kept WELL stocked.

there was no aircon in my room on the first night. i was told someone had requested that the aircon be turned off and onto heating mode as they had a child WHO was cold. so, the whole floor had to be without any ability to cool their rooms. it.

It needs maintenance! the windows did not seal well either. the room i booked, a double or twin room, was okay but smaller than expected. we also only got one sachet of coffee for two people.

the room was okay, but the bathroom was quite basic. there was only a small soap and a shampoo dispenser in the shower. the bathtub lacked a drain plug, so i couldn't take a proper bath there.

I found the staff so genuinely nice. They were always ready to help. the location proved convenient. i messed up my reservation, but the front desk staff were really good too sort things out. the rooftop bar was a definite highlight. The sangria there was AMAZING!!!
